What you'll do
- Lead Generative & Formative Research, User Journeys, Wireframes, Site Maps and Content Matrices, develop Experience Maps and Prototypes
- Articulate and present UX strategy/ UX deliverables within the firm and to our clients which extends beyond visual design
- Have a data driven approach and help with insight delivery to help understand clients’ business, their needs
- Develop insight delivery channels that better visualize and present key insights
- Proven uses-case and experience complex business problems by designing best-in-class experiences for large-scale programs
