About the role
We are looking for an experienced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to oversee customer interactions, drive client engagement, and enhance customer satisfaction in the real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing customer databases, handling post-sales services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the property buying journey.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuyers, investors, and key stakeholders
- Act as a single point of contact apart from sales for customer queries, concerns, and post-sales support
- Ensure a smooth handover process from sales to customer service teams
- Manage and update customer data using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Track customer interactions, preferences, and feedback to improve service levels
