About the role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Billing Executive with good knowledge of Tally to handle day-to-day billing, invoicing, and basic accounting-related activities.
What you'll do
- Prepare sales invoices and bills using Tally
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier records
- Generate invoices, quotations, delivery challans and other required documents
- Verify billing details, quantities, rates, GST and other applicable charges
- Maintain proper records of invoices and supporting documents
