About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to drive process excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across automotive software development programs. The role focuses on ASPICE assessments, quality governance, coaching engineering teams, and supporting Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO 21434) compliance initiatives.
What you'll do
- Lead and perform ASPICE assessments across multiple automotive projects covering MAN, SYS, SWE, and SUP process groups
- Evaluate end-to-end software development lifecycle activities including requirements management, architecture, design, implementation, verification, validation, release
- Identify compliance gaps, classify findings, and drive corrective and preventive actions through structured process improvement initiatives
- Prepare audit reports highlighting non-conformities, risks, quality metrics, and maturity improvement roadmaps
- Define, refine, and deploy software development processes aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434 requirements
