About the role

The role establishes the operating model, portfolio governance and delivery standards required to industrialise Agentic AI in a highly regulated environment. Business domains retain ownership of implementation, adoption and realised outcomes; GDS acts as the accelerator, coordinator and control point.

What you'll do

• Enable Use Case Strategy & Portfolio Prioritisation
• Set Strategy and Priorities of Portfolio
• Define the Agentic AI transformation strategy, multi-year roadmap and investment priorities for Global Delivery
• Establish a consistent intake, assessment and shaping approach, prioritising use cases by strategic alignment, value, readiness, risk and capacity
• Shape the enterprise platform and product strategy with Technology, including reusable agents, orchestration, data and knowledge capabilities
