About the role
We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic Reporting and Analytical professional to join our Global Human Resources (GHR) Workforce Analytics and Insights Team. The Analyst will support the continued evolution of the reporting function. The Analyst is responsible for providing timely and high-quality reporting and analysis on HR data that will help identify trends and provide guidance that will drive global business decisions.
What you'll do
- Manage ad-hoc reporting and analysis need
- Establish collaborative relationship with internal clients including HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs)
- Provide consultation, analyses, data interpretation, and presentation; manage all phases of reporting projects
- Design and develop metrics, intuitive reports/ dashboards, and effective visual aids that result in actionable insights
- Document/ update reporting processes
