About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our legal team in managing contracts, conducting legal research, and assisting in compliance-related activities. This role offers valuable exposure to corporate legal functions and provides an opportunity to develop strong drafting and analytical skills in a professional environment.
What you'll do
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, agreements, addendums, NDAs, and other legal documents
- Ensure proper maintenance of contract records and legal documentation
- Support the legal team in contract lifecycle management activities
- Conduct research on corporate, commercial, employment, data privacy, and intellectual property laws
- Prepare legal summaries, briefs, and notes on various legal and regulatory matters
