About the role
We are seeking a Lead Architect to join our growing team in India, supporting the design and delivery of US-based projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with applicable US codes and standards, and delivering high-quality construction documentation.
What you'll do
- Lead the architectural design and documentation for US-based projects across various stages, including concept, schematic design, design development
- Prepare, review, and oversee architectural drawings, detailing, models, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including structural, MEP, civil, and project management teams
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members to maintain quality and consistency in deliverables
- Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and schedule management to ensure timely delivery
