About the role
Chief Electrical Engineer serves as the technical authority to support large and complex international engineering projects, providing leadership in mentoring and growing a high-performance Electrical team including supporting team in project execution by planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary USA based projects.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, training and performance guidance to engineers, designers
- Lead the growth and development of Electrical engineering practices in India office
- Enhance quality and ownership of below listed design deliverables as India team takes more complex project
- Design & Calculations: load lists, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and power layouts, equipment sizing, conductor sizing, voltage drop
- Review: Providing concept review at various levels of deliverables
