What you'll do
- Serve as the lead structural designer on large, complex, and multidisciplinary projects, coordinating design activities with global project teams
- Develop, review, and oversee highly complex steel, reinforced concrete, and industrial structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications, BIM requirements
- Independently plan, execute, and manage structural modeling and drafting activities, including advanced 3D models and detailed construction documentation
- Perform quality reviews of models, drawings, and deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, constructability, and adherence to company standards
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other discipline leads to resolve design conflicts, identify interferences, and implement effective design solutions
