What you'll do
- Produce comprehensive technical project plans, specifications, drawings, and models aligning with project requirements and client expectations
- Create and maintain Revit models for mechanical systems, ensuring accurate, piping , plumbing, exhaust
- Utilize Revit to produce construction documents, mechanical plans, equipment schedules, and system diagrams that meet project requirements and client standards
- Participate in BIM coordination efforts, including multi-discipline clash detection and resolution using tools such as Navisworks, collaborating with Electrical
- Maintain BIM model quality and consistency by adhering to project BIM execution plans, company Revit standards, and established modeling best practices
