About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mother Teacher to join our team and work with students in Grade 1 and 2. The Mother Teacher will play a pivotal role in creating a stimulating and enriching learning environment that promotes the holistic development of young learners. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum guidelines
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to engage actively in the learning process
- Assess student progress regularly through various assessment methods and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Maintain open and transparent communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and concerns
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and administrators to foster a cohesive and supportive educational community
