About the role
09 The Role: Talent System Administrator (JSON) We’re seeking a JSON Developer to help build and enhance features within our SaaS talent marketplace through Eightfold AI. This role combines hands-on coding—particularly working with JSON-driven configurations and integrations—with ongoing support for end-user and internal technical issues.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain features, enhancements, and platform changes for the talent marketplace using JSON-based approaches
- Support UI updates and improvements that are driven by configuration, data models, and front-end/back-end integration patterns
- Build, test, and document changes to ensure releases meet quality and reliability expectations
- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported through the support process, including reproducing bugs and analyzing logs/requests/responses
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., product, operations, support, and engineering teams) to translate requirements into working solutions
