About the role

Partnering with senior business stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, solve strategic business challenges, and drive commercial outcomes through analytics and data-driven decision making Act as a trusted advisor to segment, product, sales, and digital teams, translating business priorities into actionable analytics solutions that improve client acquisition, engagement, deepening, retention, and profitability

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary analytics consultant for designated business portfolios (Affluent, Wealth, Deposits, SME, Liabilities, Digital, etc.)
• Shape strategy through data, customer insights, and performance diagnostics
• Challenge existing assumptions and identify opportunities to improve revenue, profitability, customer experience, and productivity
• Present recommendations and business cases to senior leadership forums
• Owning end-to-end outcomes and seeing ideas implemented at scale
