About the role
As part of the Group Chief Data Office (CDO) team, the focus of the Enterprise Data Governance team is to design and oversee the implementation of the Group Data Governance Framework (DGF). This is a pivotal role in the Data Governance team for the (DGF, along with the Data Management Standards (DMSs) underneath the DGF.
What you'll do
- Input into the Group’s overall Data Strategy
- Drive the initial development the DGF and subsequently the continuous and iterative improvement cycles, by incorporating industry best practices
- Drive and support definition of DMSs, incorporating industry best practices
- Align Data Governance initiatives with business goals through the network of Group CDO and Business and Functions (B&F) Data Management teams
- Lead the effort in the building up of Data Management capabilities both across the Bank and centrally within Group CDO
