Manager Country FP&A

About the role

This role is part of the Country Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) Cost team, which deals with analysis of country performance, reviewing and highlighting risks and opportunities, and driving actions to ensure committed financial outcome. The primary responsibility is to collaborate with country finance teams to be able to provide insightful and relevant financial information to senior management and other stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Manage overall process of financial forecasting and planning, as well as other specific areas assigned to the team for Cost (e.g. Other Banking, Corporate Items)
• Ensure integrity of the financial performance results through keeping regular track of the numbers and their validity
• Provide required support to country finance teams on various regular or ad-hoc submissions on cost drivers or analytics
• Manage overall design and outcome of the end-to-end process and own the process output in terms of client service
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial returns to internal and external authorities and stakeholders
