Manage and grow a portfolio of priority banking clients by delivering personalised relationship management, financial needs assessment and service excellence. Drive sustainable revenue growth through deepening, cross-sell and acquisition while ensuring fair outcomes, conduct discipline and adherence to risk and compliance standards.

What you'll do

• Client Relationship Management and Portfolio Growth
• Build, manage and deepen relationships with priority clients through regular engagement, needs-based conversations and high-quality service delivery
• Identify opportunities for acquisition, portfolio activation and cross-sell while maintaining strong client retention and satisfaction
• Work closely with product specialists, service teams, branch operations and other internal stakeholders to resolve client requirements promptly and effectively
