Cloud Operations Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Data Analyst to work in the Digital Solutions Architecture and Operations team to support the effective operation, optimization, and financial management of cloud-based services.

What you'll do

• Collect, check, and organize operational, usage, performance, and cost data from Microsoft Azure and related platforms
• Support FinOps and operational reporting across DCoE and with Digital Practices by identifying cost drivers, usage trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
• Use KQL, Power Query, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and other Microsoft tools to analyze data and create clear reports, with support and training where needed
• Assist technical teams with investigations into incidents, service issues, unexpected costs, and recurring operational problems
• Present findings in a simple, evidence-based way, clearly highlighting known facts, assumptions, data quality issues, and recommended next steps
