About the role
The Revit MEP Designer role conducts and supports the delivery of complete mechanical designs for HVAC system across projects in Residential, Commercial, Highrise buildings and Health Care facilities. The successful candidate will be keen and encouraged to develop design skills in their chosen MEP field to contribute to overall project designs.
What you'll do
- Develop 3D BIM models for HVAC systems in Autodesk Revit in line with LOD 300–400 requirements
- Prepare general arrangement drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and schematics
- Execute assigned modeling and drafting tasks in accordance with project requirements and design intent
- Support clash detection and coordination by identifying and reporting issues using Navisworks/ACC
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to support integrated project delivery
