About the role
The Lead Security Analyst should work as a technical SME/Lead for MS PKI, DigiCert, Venafi solutions. Key delivery outcomes expected from this role are: Support the team mission to maintain a record of zero incidents related to cert expiration events. Work closely with Cert LCM / PKI engineering team to patch, upgrade, remediate, validate Cert LCM / PKI applications and infrastructure
What you'll do
- Support the team mission to maintain a record of zero incidents related to cert expiration events
- Work closely with Cert LCM / PKI engineering team to patch, upgrade, remediate, validate Cert LCM / PKI applications and infrastructure
- Work closely with Cert LCM / PKI engineering team to identify opportunities for improved automation, stability, scalability, efficiency
- Monitor and ensure stability of production and non-production Cert LCM / PKI applications and infrastructure
- Respond to Certificate and PKI related incident tickets within established SLAs
