About the role
The selected candidate will support in development and delivery of customized solutions to the clients. also need to ensure that product offerings remain aligned with evolving market dynamics and regulatory expectations. Primary functions would include rapid developments in derivative products and evolving regulatory frameworks.
What you'll do
- Lead product conceptualization and development of new derivative instruments
- Conduct advanced macroeconomic and interest rate research to support product suitability
- Prepare product notes, risk disclosures, and documentation for approval committees
- Evaluate product performance and recommend product positioning strategies
- Coordinate with our internal departments like risk, legal, IAD, ITTSS etc to ensure timely and swift
