About the role
We are seeking experienced and strategic professionals to join our GenAI Center of Excellence at State Street as Agentic AI Engineers at the AVP level. This opportunity is ideal for technical leaders with a strong background in architecting agentic systems and event-driven platforms.
What you'll do
- Lead the architecture and optimization of advanced multi-agent workflows across platforms, standardizing the use of agent frameworks like LangChain , Langraph
- Set and enforce runtime, SRE/DevOps, and reliability standards for agentic systems deployed on AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
- Define A2A protocol and connector sandbox isolation standards across pods
- Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate platform roadmaps into runtime capabilities, optimizing for multi-cloud agentic stack deployments
- Lead technical hiring, coaching, and development of Officers and Senior Associates
