- Oversee and provide day to day management of Transaction Management team in location for responsible client
- Drive transaction management and settlement discipline excellence though proactive management of the trade lifecycle
- Drive transformation initiatives, including automation and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage associated risks
- Responsible for service delivery and client sentiment, including direct client contact
