About the role
We are seeking a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing Data Conversion (IBOR) within large-scale, client-facing transformation programs. The Officer will play a pivotal role in the Alpha Global Conversion Practice, overseeing strategy, planning, execution, and governance of end-to-end platform IBOR Conversion during Alpha implementations.
What you'll do
- Work with Business Leads to training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes
- Work on data analysis and data conversion of new Clients to an in-house Middle Office system
- Work on the data conversion development lifecycle and methodology
- Work on inputs and outputs from the conversion process, and communicate issues internally and externally as required
- Work on the deliverables of conversion planning and testing in order to meet the milestones
