About the role
The Analyst is responsible for the operational management, monitoring, reconciliation, and support of the security platform, ensuring the accurate synchronization of security master data across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office platforms.
What you'll do
- Conduct gap analysis to evaluate client requirements against scope of project, and against the standard product offering
- Monitor and support the end-to-end security synchronization lifecycle
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across all consuming platforms
- Monitor exception dashboards and operational queues
- Investigate security creation failures, synchronization issues, and processing exceptions
