- Lead troubleshooting of authentication, access, platform integration, model response, latency, and performance issues
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews
- Perform trend analysis of recurring incidents and operational issues
- Collaborate with engineering, product, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution
