What you'll do
- Administer and maintain the enterprise Dynatrace environment
- Manage OneAgent installation, upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting across Windows / Linux /Kubernetes platforms
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Dynatrace ActiveGate components
- Support Dynatrace SaaS and Gen3 platform capabilities
- Implement SaaS and Engineering Observability requirements in Dynatrace and other tools for proactive monitoring of client issues
