About the role
To plan, execute, and control day-to-day production activities to achieve targeted output, quality, cost, safety, and delivery objectives by effectively utilizing manpower, machines, and materials, while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and statutory regulations.
What you'll do

- Production Leadership & Systems
- Lead shop floor production teams for Optical Connectivity / Data Centre products, ensuring achievement of production targets with defined quality, cost, safety
- Prepare and manage Production Department plans, manpower allocation, and operational budgets
- Drive adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and process parameters; oversee creation, review, and revision of production SOPs as required
