What you'll do
- Quality Leadership & Systems
- Lead In-Process QA teams for Optical connectivity products , ensuring process compliance and continuous improvement
- Ensure preparing and managing Quality Department plans and budgets
- Drive adherence to SOPs and quality parameters; oversee creation, review, and revision of SOPs as needed
- Ensure robust execution of quality checks for incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods; address deviations promptly
