About the role
The Application Engineer is responsible for providing Tier 2 production and non-production support for business-critical trading and enterprise applications across StoneX business units. The role focuses on incident management, application monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, customer support, and continuous improvement of application support processes.
What you'll do
- Provide Tier 2 support for third-party and internally developed applications
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more applications such as Murex, TwoFour, or other trading platforms
- Monitor, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production and non-production application issues
- Support incident management activities and ensure timely resolution during production outages
- Manage support tickets and service requests while meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs
