Payroll & Benefits Manager, APAC

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing across India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, China
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory filings, tax reporting, and year-end payroll activities in each country
• Review and approve payroll calculations, variance reports, off-cycle payments, incentive payments, equity-related payroll transactions, and termination payments
• Serve as the escalation point for complex payroll, tax, and compliance matters
• Monitor payroll controls and perform periodic audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
