What you'll do
- Play a pivotal role in leading our efforts to optimize and expand our payment solutions
- Work closely with developers to assess technical feasibility and translate business requirements into actionable plans
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring readiness of features for development and aligning with business goals
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and lead internal training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new payment functionalities
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to measure the impact of implemented changes
