About the role
We are seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to lead the engineering delivery and long-term evolution of our Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure AI environments across a global enterprise.
What you'll do
- Project & Migration Leadership — Plan and execute long-running, multi-phase projects end-to-end, including tenant and platform migrations, integrations
- Own project scope, sequencing, risk, and stakeholder communication from kickoff to close
- AI Enablement — Design, build, and deliver AI-enabled solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem using Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry
- Power Platform & Azure AI Foundry Management — Administer and govern Power Platform environments (Power Apps, Power Automate), including environment strategy
- Manage Azure AI Foundry projects, model deployments, and usage governance
