Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , from sourcing to onboarding. Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels . Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
