What you'll do
- Review, and proofread commercial agreements, including NDAs, Service
- Agreements, and other commercial contracts
- Legal and commercial risks and recommend appropriate revisions
- Legal research and case law analysis in civil, commercial, intellectual
- Property, and white-collar crime matters
