What you'll do

• Be a key member of our Experience team and responsible for ensuring that workplace operations, experiences, facilities, and programs run smoothly at our Bengaluru office
• This role requires a high level of expertise and operational oversight—from understanding how the building functions top to bottom to governance of contractor team…
• Bengaluru is a complex site with a significant employee transportation program, and you will be accountable for the reliability, service quality
• Also play a critical role in managing operational incidents and disruptions
• This requires remaining calm under pressure, bringing structure to ambiguity, coordinating the appropriate internal and external partners
