About the role
Assist the sales team in identifying and generating potential customer leads through calls, online research, referrals, and other sources. Contact prospective customers through telephone calls, messages, and other approved communication channels. Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about relevant insurance products under the guidance of the sales team.
What you'll do
- Assist the sales team in identifying and generating potential customer leads through calls, online research, referrals, and other sources
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support conversions and maintain engagement
- Assist in preparing quotations, collecting required information, and coordinating with internal teams for policy processing
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales updates in the CRM or assigned tracker
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to help resolve basic queries and ensure timely responses
