About the role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead the management, optimisation, and evolution of the client’s Salesforce environment. This role will be instrumental in supporting the client’s commercial, operational, and financial teams, ensuring that Salesforce meets complex business needs at scale.
What you'll do
- Maintaining all core Salesforce administration activities
- Conducting regular audits to maintain data quality, eliminate duplication, and ensure system integrity
- Maintaining custom objects and data models to support changing business processes and reporting needs
- Developing custom reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
- Tracking and reporting critical KPIs such as pipeline value, conversion rates, quote generation speed, and forecast accuracy
