About the role
The Senior Integration Specialist is a senior individual contributor responsible for the solution design, configuration and delivery of the web and payment solutions, including partner and platform integrations, based on customer needs and requirements. The role owns complex solution design, leads high-quality implementations, and acts as a subject matter expert (SME) across the platform, desktop, payments, and API integrations.
What you'll do
- Configure: API sessions, session launch parameters and RESTful API integrations, all through the platform’s interface
- Support Pre-Sales activities by reviewing requirements, scoping solutions, and supporting the configuration and integration of new payment gateways
- Create, maintain, and contribute to technical documentation, including the API specifications, PSP interfaces, and requirements for developers
- Provide troubleshooting and fault resolution support to internal operations for customer incident cases
