What you'll do

- Manage and coordinate end-to-end visit programs for overseas senior management and delegations, ensuring seamless execution of schedules
- Develop, maintain and manage executive calendars, meeting schedules, room bookings
- Support domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodation, transportation and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient visit execution
- Act as the central liaison between overseas executive offices, internal stakeholders and service providers to facilitate timely communication and issue resolution
