About the role
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) US Accounting (India Remote / WFH) The selected candidate will play a critical role in managing end-to-end financial operations for a US-based company. This includes statutory compliance, financial reporting, taxation, and advisory support in alignment with US GAAP, IRS regulations, and corporate accounting standards .
What you'll do
- Maintain general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L analysis
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Manage federal, state, and local corporate tax filings in the US
- Prepare documentation for tax returns, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, IRS regulations, and internal controls
