About the role
Welcome visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Direct them to the appropriate individuals or departments. Handle incoming calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Take messages and provide basic information as needed.
What you'll do
- Managing Visitors: Register and issue visitor badges, maintain visitor logs, and ensure all visitors sign in and out of the premises. Notify employees of visitor arrivals
