About the role
The Customer Support Executive is responsible for managing customer queries and complaints. They interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
What you'll do
- Manage orders from B2C Shopify and coordinate with DC team for timely delivery
- Solve customer queries and maintain customer complaint database
- Lead generation for B2B clients (corporates, restaurants, etc)
- Manage order and delivery database for B2C customers
- Take feedback from B2C and B2B customers for our products
