What you'll do
- Lead Product Design Projects : Oversee product design projects for Brand's customer app, focusing on acquiring and retaining customers
- Conduct UX Research : Stay close to user preferences by conducting UX research and draw actionable insights to drive business outcomes
- Guide UX Designers : Collaborate with and guide UX designers on best practices, ensuring timely delivery of all projects
- Facilitate Collaboration : Conduct brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to ensure maximum collaboration
- Monitor & Adapt : Monitor the impact of design decisions on users' behavior, record findings, and incorporate learnings into future work to maximize impact
