About the role
We are seeking a proactive CapEx PM – INDIA Project Support with 5 ~ 10 years of experience. In this role, you will act as the key operational bridge across cross-functional teams (CFT), collaborating closely with Operations Program Managers (OPMs), Technical Program Managers (TPMs),Equipment vendors, and Contract Manufacturer (CM) partners.
What you'll do
- Forecasting & Vendor Readiness & Milestone Tracking : Partner closely with CM operations to generate and project equipment Kick-Off (KO) forecasts to vendors
- Review vendor fabrication lead times, including long-lead subcomponents to meet the build schedules
- Global Logistics & On-Time Delivery: Routinely review with vendors / CM on estimated Time of Departure (ETD) and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) with CM partner leads to…
- CapEx Tracking & Budget Governance: Track purchase orders, production milestone payments, and invoice reconciliation against approved CapEx budgets for all machinery
- On-Site Installation & CaPex Asset Audits: Oversee equipment arrivals at CM sites (Chennai / Greater Noida), assist with site acceptance setups
