About the role
We are looking for a strong individual contributor who can independently own the technical side of sales opportunities across the US market. You will work closely with Account Executives and take ownership of demos, POCs, RFPs, technical discovery, solution design, integrations, and implementation scoping.
What you'll do
- Lead tailored product demos across CX, EX, and related use cases
- Build customized POCs based on prospect requirements
- Own RFP and RFI responses end to end
- Lead technical discovery and implementation scoping calls
- Create SOWs and solution documentation
