Telecaller

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our solar sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our solar products and services, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. The role also involves following up with customers, maintaining call records, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
