About the role
The Architect / Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable data solutions across cloud and Snowflake environments. This role requires strong technical depth, leadership capability, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The Architect will drive architectural standards, ensure best practices, and mentor engineers while collaborating closely with stakeholders across regions.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor data engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile setup
- Define, design, and govern scalable, maintainable cloud data architectures
- Oversee solution design for Snowflake, orchestration platforms, and integration layers
- Provide technical leadership on Python automation, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, etc.)
- Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering leads to align on requirements and implementation plans
