About the role
Owns the end-to-end technical architecture across all workstreams. Acts as the single point of architectural authority ensuring solutions are consistent, secure, and scalable across AWS and Microsoft-based environments, and arbitrates trade-offs between teams working on parallel builds.
What you'll do
- Define and own the target-state architecture spanning AWS (Bedrock, Fargate, Lambda, SNS/SQS, DynamoDB, S3) and Azure (AI Foundry, Document Intelligence) environments
- Set integration standards for Microsoft Graph API/Teams-based delivery channels used across chatbot, translation, and document-processing services
- Review and approve designs to ensure reusable patterns (callback/consumer mechanisms, notification handlers, session/context storage) are not duplicated across builds
- Evaluate integration options where core business systems restrict API access or screen scraping, and recommend viable architectural workarounds
- Represent technical architecture in governance forums and in scoping discussions for new builds
