About the role

What you'll do

• Responsible for implementing and managing training operations across the respective market and region
• Support the Head of Training in the implementation of Global / Market-specific training initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with District Managers / Area Managers to deliver trainings, share feedback and highlight potential talent
